Using Pixel Bender
In this video we take a look at using the free Photoshop plugin Pixel bender.
Pixel Bender has many different built-in styles to choose from and here we look at using the OilPaint setting to transform a snap shot into an image that would look great on any wall.

A really interesting tutorial. A pixel bender is probably safer than any other type of benders!!
A very intresting method, one I have not seen.
