Snapseed from Nik

Snapseed

It has to be my favourite imaging app on the iPad and now it’s also available from the App Store, Snapseed from Nik plugins. At is at this stage only available for Mac and iOS but will be coming to Android soon

In this video we take a quick look at how some of the Basic and Creative Adjustments setting can be used to enhance the look and feel of the image.

It is a great way to tweak and share images on your own web sites or social sites like facebook and Flickr.

Have to ask if this could be the future image editing?  Similar tools can be found in both ACR and Lightroom for image adjustments but Snapseed and Nik seem to take it one step further, what do you think?

  • Hi David, I just wanted to watch the above video but noticed that the size is very small and difficult to see what’s going on! I am sure it may be large size after downloading but is there any way I can watch it large without downloading?
    Thanking you.
    Harry.

Hi Hasmukh, It is much larger and clearer to see than this SD video my show. This app comes from the iPad, iPhone and was great to use even at those small sizes, on your Mac, it’s brilliant. As your a member let me know if you want me to send you the full size HD video

      Cheers David
