This is a really flexible technique which can not only be used to show the viewer the route but even used as a title sequence, or as part of the slide show itself.

part 1 – Starting in Photoshop we take a look at how we can create a brush that will help us plot the route on a map. Includes creating and saving a brush, using layer styles and saving as a transparent layer .png

Taken at the wide end of the lens 18mm and slightly titling upwards has resulted in converging verticals. In these videos we first take a look at correcting the exposure and lens profiles in Lightroom4.   Using Elements we take a look at the lighting and tones before tackling the converging verticals, using a nifty trick that will helps use keep the cathedral intact

In this video we take a further look at working with selections before saving it as a Custom Shapes.  Saving it as a Custom Shape will allow us to easily add it to other images of any size and format, landscape or portait and we are able to customising it further
