Taking pictures in the rain is one thing but trying to capture rain falling is another matter, especially when you’re getting wet. In this video we take a look at adding the falling rain effect in Photoshop. Some of the tool used include; – Layers, Adjustment Layers, Clipping Layers, Filters. This video is easy to follow in all version of Photoshop and Elements.
